• My Medicine acts as an intermediary platform to facilitate appointments between users and healthcare providers.
• We are not responsible for the clinical decisions, quality of care, or medical outcomes provided by the doctors listed.
• Appointment confirmation is subject to the doctor's actual availability at the time of the visit.

• AI-generated responses (MyMed AI) and health calculations (like BMI) are for informational purposes only.
• Do not make any health-related decisions or changes to your medication based solely on AI suggestions without consulting a doctor.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and biometric lock settings.
• You agree to provide accurate information for medication schedules and health vault records.
• Misuse of the Community or Story features for harassment or sharing medical misinformation will lead to immediate account suspension.

THIS APP IS NOT FOR EMERGENCY USE. If you are experiencing symptoms like chest pain, severe bleeding, or difficulty breathing, do not use the app to book an appointment—call emergency services immediately.

Payments for premium features or doctor consultations are processed securely via third-party gateways (Razorpay). Refund policies are governed by the respective service provider's terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Medicine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app or reliance on its tracking features.
